All suites are oceanfront with window views right from your king-bed all the way across the bay and into the
glaciers beyond, custom mosaic floors and decorated with original art by local artists. All suites are equipped
for privacy with private bath, seating area and kitchenettes.
Alpenglow Mini-Suite:
Ocean view, king & single bed, private bath, mini-kitchenette.
Summer 2008: $159/night double occupancy. Accommodates three.
High-Tide Mini-Suite:
Ocean view, king & single bed, private bath, mini-kitchenette.
Summer 2008: $179/night double occupancy. Accommodates three.
Glacier Balcony Mini-Suite:
Ocean view, king, balcony, private bath, mini-kitchenette.
Summer 2008: $199/night double occupancy. Accommodates three.
Seaside Villa Suite:
Ocean view, king, private deck, private bath, kitchen/living room, two rooms.
Summer 2008: $229/night double occupancy. Accommodates six.

Accommodate larger parties, up to 14 persons.
We accept Visa & MasterCard, Checks or Cash.
50% deposit required to secure your reservation.
Check in is after 3 pm and Check out is 12 noon.
A deposit of 50% of stay required to reserve your
room.
Your balance, plus the 7½% Homer area sales tax, will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be charged to you
card.
Your room will be paid in full upon arrival.
With 30
days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 30 days notice is
given, we will do our best to refill your booking and refund you accordingly. Although cancellations are rare, we do
recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

reservations are paid at time services are rendered.
