A deposit of 50% of stay required to reserve your room.
Your balance, plus the 7½% Homer area sales tax is
due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be charged to you card.
Your room will be paid in full upon arrival.

With 30 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a $50 processing fee.
 If less than 30 days notice is given, we will do our best to refill your booking and refund you accordingly.
Although cancellations are rare, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance,
which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

Spa reservations are paid at time services are rendered.
Spa services require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid fees.
